Development on a Group or Team Basis

  • Action Learning Set Facilitation to enable people to learn with and through others about problems they face, learning how to learn and learning more about themselves, in a safe, well facilitated environment
  • Team Building activities to develop communication, cooperation, increase understanding of each other and ways to deal with the difficult issues faced in teamwork (using instruments like the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Belbin Team Roles, and the Team Management System)
  • Skills Development where individuals learn in a group and focus on a development need e.g. to increase confidence and effectiveness in presentations skills, facilitation skills, influencing strategies, time management, self-marketing and self-awareness (using instruments like the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Heron’s interventions styles and Hay Mc Ber’s Influencing strategies).
  • Experiential Learning and Creative thinking using both indoor and outdoor arenas, to develop team performance and techniques to think differently, increase energy, support problem solving and decision-making.
